Competing on quality: thorough inspection

Since quality and precision can only be released through a thorough inspection of the production process, in 1980 SIRAL included "in-house" a phase of prime importance: the stamping of brass bars. The new stamping workshop was opened at Paderno Franciacorta, not far from Lumezzane, and took the name of SIRTA S.p.A.

The heart of quality: the metrology laboratory

To maintain the consistently high quality of SIRAL products, the machinery is continually updated. Equipped with the latest instruments, the metrology laboratory represents the very heart of precision and quality within the company. All products pass through here to obtain a pass certificate.

SIRAL personnel are carefull selected to carry out specific tasks and to guarantee the highest safety of the products by employing thorough sealing and flow tests at every stage of manufacturing.

Quality certification

Totally in merit of these characteristis, SIRAL S.p.A. has obtained several quality control system certifications over the years: UNI EN ISO 9002 in 1995, UNI EN ISO 9001-2000 in 2003 and, most recently, Multi-site ISO 9001-2000 in 2004 for all the brass die companies.
